It was a memorable experience –  The look on a young man’s face when I had to tell him we ran out of deodorant or the excitement when we found a belt for a guy that’s been wanting a belt or seeing kids coming through the line for food or the humility in the “thank you.” Overwhelming day on skid row feeding and clothing the homeless.
Look fam…we don’t mean to take our days for granted but the truth is most of the time we do…well at least I do. Be grateful today because tomorrow don’t owe you anything!!

The movie is about the challenges of a son’s (played by me) broken relationship with his father after their mother/wife recently dies. The father is a preacher who turns to alcohol to cope but my character struggles with that because his father is supposed to be a stand up dude. My character Shaun is hurting because he doesn’t have his mom anymore and is losing his dad to alcohol. Pretty intense!

Somebody called somebody and then their peoples called my peoples and my peoples called back b/c what they were saying was not what my peoples wanted to hear and then they finally got it together and I was on a plane to LA the next day to be shooting a film for the next 2 weeks.

It was a pleasure just working on set for 2 weeks. We shot on location in Hollywood and Malibu. The movie is about a TMZ type reporter, played by Vanessa Simmons, and her efforts to be the head reporter at the station. She does everything including investigating her friends lives to get information filled with lies, rumors and facts to increase her current ratings at the station. After getting great wisdom from her camera man she makes a decision to air the dirt filled show or risk losing her job to not air it. Look for the release of “Hollywood Chaos” sometime next year. I love working and it was a pleasure to be back in LA working!!
